Koncept Furniture

Behind a beautiful room,
an organised operation.

I implemented and customised Odoo to connect the showroom conversation with the products, stock and approvals needed to fulfil it.

Sales, inventory and delivery control

A customer buys a collection.
The business moves individual pieces.

A bed, two bedside tables and a wardrobe can be sold together, yet each has its own quantity, stock location and availability. The system has to understand both the complete room and the pieces behind it.

I brought that distinction into the sales and inventory workflows, then connected reservation, purchasing and delivery reviews around it.

Keep the conversation
close to the order.

Customer enquiries move through the pipeline into quotations. The room package and its component products remain attached to the sale.

The showroom pipeline keeps the enquiry, room package and next follow-up together.

From interest to a clear next step.

The customer and the enquiry stay visible as the team follows up.

A room quotation includes the package and the individual products behind it.

One quotation, the whole collection.

Commercial pricing stays connected to the products that must be supplied.

Sell the room.
Track every piece.

I built the bundle layer so a set remains a single commercial choice while inventory retains the individual products and quantities.

For the customer
A coordinated furniture collection
For the operation
Specific products, quantities and locations
The collection expands into its component furniture, with explicit quantities for each piece.

On display is not
the same as available.

I kept display stock visible while treating it separately from ordinary available inventory. Cross-location visibility and reservations connect the sales promise to the stock behind it.

Showroom stock distinguishes what is on hand from what remains available across locations.
How the reservation connects to the order

The sales order keeps component quantities, source stock and invoiced quantities together.

Reserved product quantities and their stock source remain attached to the customer order.

An approval is a step
the system can enforce.

I implemented a three-stage delivery gate. Each review advances the order, closes the previous task and leaves a traceable record. The release action stays locked until the required stages are complete.

Review 1

Record the decision

Review 2

Advance the task

Review 3

Complete the gate

Allow dispatch

Recorded payment and named reviewers connect the delivery decision to the sale.

Ready for dispatch.

The final example links the same order to a paid invoice and a delivery that is ready to leave. It does not represent a completed delivery.

The example order links a paid invoice to a delivery ready for dispatch. It is not shown as delivered.

Keep the supply side
in the same conversation.

Purchasing and internal requests connect what showrooms need with the people who review, buy and receive it.

The purchase order connects the supplier, quantities, expected arrival and receipt.

Purchasing with the receipt in view.

The order retains the information needed to follow goods from supplier to stock.

A showroom request moves through department, accounts and purchase approval.

Internal requests with named steps.

Department, accounts and purchasing reviews remain part of the request.
